Shk Fakhruddin Khorakiwala N.D.I.
Is a well known
personality in our community and is also renowned for his social services in
and outside the community being President of Saifee Hospital, Vice-Principal
of Burhani College and Burhani Education Society, Vice-Principal of Taheri
Scholarship Society and many other institutions.
In the year 1992-93 he was the Honorary Sheriff of
Mumbai during Babri masjid riots and he played a significant role in calming
the situation. |

He has had Sharaf of doing khidmat of two Dai al Mutlaq
- Syedna Taher Saifuddin Saheb RA and Aqa Moula Syedna Mohammed Burhanuddin
Saheb TUS.
He is the chairman of the Akbarallys group of companies which celebrated a
hundred years in business a few years back .
His latest achievement is the unanimous election as Chancellor of the Jamia
Milia Islamia University(JMIU) in New Delhi which was established by Hakim
Ajmal Khan, Maulana Mohamedali and others with the support of Gandhiji.
Late Dr.Zakir Husain, former President of India, was Vice-Chairman of JMIU for
more than 10 years and contributed greatly to the growth of the University of
which he later became the Chancellor.
Recently, Shk. Fakhruddinbhai went to Karbala and Najaf to perform Ziyaarat of Amirul Mumineen
AS and Imam Hussain AS in the presence of Aqa Moula TUS and personally seek
Doa Mubarak and benedictions of Aqa Moula TUS.
Aqa Moula TUS was very pleased when he was personally informed by Shk
Fahkruddin bhai of his election as Chancellor and gave his benedictions and
prayed that he would be successful in this new assignment. At the Haram
Shareef of Imam Hussain AS, Aqa Moula TUS greatly honored him by granting him
the sharaf of performing Ziyaarat at Raas Mubarak in Aqa Moula TUS esteemed
presence and again prayed there that Allah Subhanu grant him success in his
new Endeavour. Shk. Fakhruddinbhai was indebted to Aqa Moula for this great
Sharaf.
Shk. Fakhruddinbhai also consulted with Shahzada Aliwaqar Qaid Joher Bhaisaheb
Ezzuddin Saheb DM in Karbala Moalla. Shz saheb was pleased and he offered
advice and guidance to Shk Fakhruddin bhai.
When Aqa Moula was leaving after a meeting with the Governor of Karbala, who
had come to Qasr Mubarak to meet Aqa Moula TUS, Shk Fakhruddin bhai requested
for doa and Aqa Moula TUS yet again gave his benedictions that Allah make him
successful as chancellor .
Shk Fakhruddin bhai was extremely grateful to Allah Subhanahu and the Doa
Mubarak of Aqa Moula TUS for these achievements and blessings and prays that
Aqa Moula TUS nazaraat be on him always.
