Dear Mumineen, Today Yawmus Sabt, Saturday, the heavens had opened up with a drizzle since early morning. Was it mere coincidence? Barakaat na baarish were also falling on this day of Aqa Maula’s (TUS) departure from Dar es salaam, Tanzania. The Deputy Foreign Minister, Hon. Dr. Abdulkadir Shareef accompanied by the Protocol Officer in the Foreign ministry arrived at Darul Imarat to pay a courtesy call and bid farewell to Aqa Maula (TUS). The Minister, a fluent Arabic speaker had ghuftgu (conversation) with Aqa Maula (TUS) in the Darul Imarat lounge. It was now time for wada (farewell) and the recitation of “Alwada Alwada e pyare Mehman Alwada” by muraqibeen was heart-rending for the hundreds of mumineen gathered outside Darul Imarat. Madrassa farzando were repeatedly reciting “ Inni Wallahe Ohibbuka Ya Mowlaya”. The tears were flowing when Aqa Maula (TUS) gave akhri Salaami and Deedar nu Sharaf. Aqa Maula (TUS) accompanied by the Minister left for the airport in a police escort. Hundreds of mumineen had lined the airport route for akhri Deedar of their Bawa Mushfiq. Aqa Maula (TUS) departed at 10:15 am. for Killimanjaro International Airport and onward to Arusha by charter plane. Aqa Maula has bestowed Azeem ehsan and sharaf on mumineen of Arusha with a stop over. Later in the afternoon, Aqa Maula will leave for Nairobi and onward to Mumbai by Kenya Airways. Report by Shk.
