You as a member can post to a listbut your message will first be approved by the Malumaat.com moderators. In order to send a message to a list, you can write to ListID@yahoogroups.com, where ListID is the exact List ID of the list you are a member of, e.g malumaat or tijaarat or taarufnet. You can also reply to messages that have been sent to the list. Remember to click "reply to all" to make sure that everyone on your list gets your message.
In order to send messages to a list you must write from the exact address you are subscribed with. It is possible that your "from:" address may be slightly different from the address with which you are registered to receive mail from yahoogroups. This will cause the list to reject messages from you. To see if this might be the case, send a test message to yourself. Then check the "from:" field of the test message. If the address is different from the address you are subscribed with, please add that address to your list of e-mail aliases. To do this, log in to your List Member Control Center and click on "Add e-mail aliases".
The list archives contain a record of the messages that have been posted to a list. You can view the archives of the lists you are subscribed to when you are logged in to your List Member Control Center. Just click on View Archives.
Yahoogroups cannot give out information regarding the e-mail addresses of list owners. However, if you wish to write to the owner of a list, you can write to webmaster@malumaat.com. That mail will be forwarded to the registered address of the owner of the lists.
Everything on yahoogroups should happen very quickly. If you already have an account on yahoogroups, then you will be subscribed right away. If you are a new member, then you won't be added to the list until you respond to the verification message.
You can have your password e-mailed to you. Go to the Password Notification Page to have your password sent to you.
