The governor of Sindh - His Excellency Mr. Mohammed Mian Soomro hosted a dinner in honour of Huzurala TUS at the Governer House in Karachi.
There were several dignitaries present and all were introduced to Moulana TUS. Moulana TUS was very happy. Among the dignitaries were Cousul Generals of Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Iran, Kuwait, ex minister and member of national security council in present govt. Mr. Sharifuddin Pirzada, Vice Chancellors of Sindh, Karachi, NED and Khairpur Universities, Mr Fakhruddin G. Ibrahim former Governer Sindh and Chief Justice of Pakistan. President Karachi stock exchange, judges of supreme court and High court and other prominent citizens and industrialists.
After meeting them the governor invited Huzurala TUS for the dinner. The dinner was arranged in the garden. Before dinner Janab Hussain bhai saheb did talawate Quran. Then, the Governor addressed the gathering in which he greeted Moulana TUS on 89th Salgirah Mubarak and said that "
You are leading your community since last 36 years on the sayings of Quran as your revered father Syedna Taher Saifuddin RA did. It is not possible to narrate in this short time all the services rendered by you not for your community but for whole muslim Ummah but some are to be mentioned. The construction of over 250 masajid all over the world and restoration of Al Jamea Anwar in Cairo after a lapse of 1000 years, establishment of state of art institution for Hifzul Quran in Surat etc. Especially to mention, steering away the community away from Ribaa and to encourage them to give and take Qarzan Hasana for which your Holiness contribute generously. I thank your Holiness to accept my invitation as chief guest in Governor House today and pray Allah to grant you long and healthy life for your community and muslim Ummah".Then Huzurala did a short bayan in which he thanked the Governer for inviting him to greet his 89th Milad and also to the facilities rendered uptil now by the Government of Pakistan in this visit. Moulana TUS said "It is necessary to spend the life granted by Allah for the well being of the mankind".
