The 2nd East Africa Jamiat Level Al Hifzul Quran e Kareem Musabaqat final was held on lailatul Jumoa 21st May, 2009, at the Saifee Masjid in Dar es salaam drawing participants from 3 centres in the jamiat namely Dar es salaam, Mombasa, and Nairobi. For the second successive year, mumineen of Dar es salaam were extremely fortunate to have in their midst Al Hadd ul Farkatul Azhar Janab Husain Bhaisaheb Saifuddin, hafizul Quran and a distinguished and world renowned Qari. After musabaqat there was maqdam of Janab Husain Bhaisaheb. Janab Amilsaheb, Shk Tayabali Shk. Hamzabhai Patanwala expressed shukur of bhaisaheb for conducting the three day Hifzul Quran seminar and the musabaqat final. The program ended with salawat niyaz.

Over the past two years, J. Husain bs has conducted ten seminars for Hifzul Quran in various centres of Bilade Imaniya. The latest in the series was held in Dar es Salaam from 18th to 20th of this month. The three day Hifzul Quran seminar held at the Nafisa hall of AMSB was attended by 220 mumineen. Incidentally, a few months earlier in this same hall Aqa Maula (TUS) had expressed His "ummid" for maximum number of farzando and mumineen to do hifz of Quran. For five hours everyday, J. Husain bs enlightened the participants on the miracle of Al Quran, Islam as a modern and broad "deen", the importance of hifzul Quran and its "fawaid" and the associated transformation in a mumin's life as a result of hifz.
